Our terms and conditions apply equally to all written, telephone, oral and online orders and are recognized with every order.

1. Payment

The recipient will only become owner of the products once the products will have been totally paid by the orderer.

ImageProduct accepts payments by bank transfer.

2. Retention of title

All delivered goods remain the property of ImageProduct (owner Eva Köck-Eripek) until full payment has been made.

3. Guarantee

The legal warranty applies.

ImageProduct points out that the products sold on this website are only intended for sale to trained color, style and image consultants as part of their business activities. Selling to consumers is only permitted in exceptional cases and after consultation with ImageProduct.

The provisions of the UGB therefore also apply.

4. Registration

The products in this web shop can only be obtained by trained consultants in the color / style / image industry or related professions. ImageProduct reserves the right to ask for your training certificates.

ImageProduct automatically deletes users who cannot provide proof of training.
